Emergency Works Framework 2023 to 2026

Tender description

Liverpool City Council is seeking to create a framework agreement for the provision of a 24 hour 7 days a week emergency works service to cover the Liverpool City Region. The framework agreement will be for an initial 36 month period with an option to extend for up an additional 12 months. The required services are of a random nature and a broad description of the likely works include but are not limited to the following Demolition Removal of dangerous structures which includes whole buildings and parts of as required Securing vacant premises Remedial works The framework will consist of two Lots Lot A Minor Works typically under 25,000 gbp Lot B Major Works typically over 25,000 gbp
