Electrical Periodic Inspection & Testing (including remedial works) - Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire/Moray

Langstane and Castlehill Housing Associations are Social Housing Providers with head offices located in Aberdeen City. Both Associations are jointly procuring an Electrical Test and Inspection contract which will include remedial works in their properties located in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and the Moray areas. The Contract will involve the successful Service Provider/s undertaking Electrical Periodic Inspections in occupied dwellings. The provider/s will undertake testing, providing a EICR upon completion in an electronic format. The contract will include CAT1, CAT2 and some CAT 3 remedial works. Portable Appliance Testing will also form a small part of the contract Langstane and Castlehill Housing Association's are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Electrical Periodic Inspection and Testing services, Portable Appliance Testing and CAT 1/CAT 2 and some CAT 3 remedial works with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence not later than 4th September 2023 and will operate for two years (with the option for an extension of one + one further years), subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators
