Tender description
The Midlands Net Zero Hub has appointed a consultant provide project evaluation services related to the Home Decarbonisation Skills Training Competition (HDSTC). The HDSTC aim has been to upskill and grow the supply chain for the skills training in retrofit, energy efficiency and/or heat pumps including training to individuals with existing skills, and training to those new to the sector. Lot 1: The evaluation of the Skills Training Competition aims to assess the extent to which the Skills Training Competition has achieved its stated aims and objectives and to identify successes and challenges faced in its delivery and implementation. Findings from the evaluation will be used by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero to inform future policy developments.
