Tender description

The works to be carried out include: Works to comprise of Redecoration of exposed steel columns, roof structure steelwork, and other steelwork to wall elevations within the pool hall. This is intended to include all works, which can be undertaken off a tower scaffold, or with additional need for specialist access equipment to access the pool hall roof elements. The scope of work includes for: - Cleaning down and preparation of steelwork in accordance with the paint manufacturer's spec and tender documents; - Applying new paint coatings, including epoxy based two part intumescent coatings to the areas indicated on the drawings, and as indicated in the paint supplier's specification.
