You are invited to tender for the demolition and associated works of our Caretaker Lodge at our Epping Campus in Borders Ln, Loughton IG10 3SA as detailed in Appendix 4. The scope is not exhaustive and can be further defined following the site visit. The contract will be performed provisionally between the 11th April and 12th May.
