The existing parking and infrastructure within the estate requires upgrades to meet the current and proposed demands of the tenants. The works also include realigning the main access to Eastát Baile an tSagairt from the L53955 local road, new Northern Car Park (55 spaces), new Southern Car Park (21 Spaces), installation of EV car charging points to meet future demands, remedial works to the electrical infrastructure, provision of additional footpaths and pedestrian links between the upper and lower ends of the estate, retaining walls, drainage and other ancillary works.
