TTWO0224 National Rail Contracts (NRC) Scorecard Assurance and Audit

Tender description

The Authority requires an independent specialist assurance provider that has audit expertise. The External Assurance provider will provide, independent and objective assurance throughout the scorecard process, reviewing governance, risk management and internal controls, as outlined in the NRC, and making recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of these controls. They will need to provide reliable evidence that the scorecard process is being undertaken as intended, including but not limited to; a review of the TOCs AWARD records, periodic / quarterly meeting outputs and consensus score rationales.
