Therapeutic Support (Psychological Interventions for those affected by Harmful Substance Use)

Tender description

Provision of an evidenced intervention delivery model to provide structured psychological interventions focused on supporting recovery to adults who wish to recover from harmful substance use. The model will offer both individual and group interventions and provide psychological therapy and support to the individual and people involved with them; partners, relatives, children, friends and carers. Lot 1: The service is part of West Lothian Care Pathway based around the Recovery Orientated Systems of Care (ROSC) which aims to incorporate the “Quality Principles: Standards Expectations of Care and Support in Drug and Alcohol Services”. The new contract will commence on 1st April 2023 for a three year period with a possible extension for a period of up to a further 24 months. Additional information: There was no price evaluation. In accordance with Section 76 (5) of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulation; the cost element may also take form of fixed price or cost on the basis of which economic operators competed on quality criteria only. Price was scored by awarding full marks to each bidder who are prepared to accept the council budget
