Tender description

his Contract is for the provision of window cleaning services across a number of Council locations ‘the Premises’. Service requirements at each of the Premises is set out in the Specification and should be read in conjunction with item descriptions and instructions included in the Pricing Schedule. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Standard window cleaning service Lot 1 – Standard window cleaning service – these are Premises which require a standard cleaning service using standard equipment i.e., ladders, cleaning poles etc Lot 2: Lot 2 – Specialist window cleaning service Lot 2 – Specialist window cleaning service - these are Premises which require a specialist cleaning service using specialist lifting equipment and fully qualified Staff i.e., scaffolding, winches, ropes, pulleys, fall arrest, telehandlers, mobile access platforms etc.
