AWARD OF PURCH2149 PROVISION OF CONSULTATION SUPPORT ON MICROSOFT TEAMS VOICE IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT Following an externally led review of the University’s current communication platforms and consideration of alternative voice communication options, the University of Glasgow is preparing to replace the current on-campus telephony systems through a deployment of Microsoft Teams Voice. This implementation will migrate circa 5000 extensions from the University’s current on-campus voice systems and incorporate cloud-hosted contact centre functionality.
