Provision and Maintenance of Water Dispensers (GCU)

Tender description

The University is appointing a Contractor for the maintenance and provision of Water Dispensers at Glasgow Caledonian University’s Glasgow campus. Water Dispenser Units must have a High Capacity Reservoir Tank system (4 litres) with UV in-tank protection or equivalent. Filters must be changed every six months. Sanitisation checks must be carried as per legislative requirements. As part of the biannual maintenance visit the unit must be given a thorough clean externally and any damage to the unit repaired. Delivery and uplift of existing dispensers must be cost effective and compatible for a straight swap out.
