GoJ-NHFP-T Phased asbestos removal and demolition of the healthcare facilities on the Overdale Hospital site

Tender description

This Tender Opportunity is seeking to procure an accredited company to carryout the asbestos removal and demolition of the existing facilities at Overdale Hospital in 3 phases. Phase 1 being the dilapidated facilities that are not fit for use. Phase 2 being the healthcare facilities due to be made redundant once the services currently provided are relocated to the Former Les Quennevais school now known as the Enid Quenault Health and Wellbeing Centre. Phase 3 being the Westmount Centre. This work removes a potential hazard from the facilities making them safe for any future development works. Key delivery milestones / deliverables include: • Discharging of relevant planning conditions (decision notice P/2021/1670) • Transfer of services to the Enid Quenault Health and Wellbeing Centre at Les Quennevais to enable phase 2 works to commence. • Transfer of services from the Westmount Centre. • Completion of ecology surveys and any remedial works Keywords: Asbestos, Demolition
