Tender description

Research is needed for us to identify and understand barriers to accessing our sites, services and content across the Library, with a focus on users, non-users and those who 'drop out' before achieving their aim who have protected characteristics. This piece of research will focus primarily on users with a disability and users of differing age groups to our St Pancras site. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
