Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is seeking tenders for a Concession Contract for the design, delivery and management of an illuminated light experience in Marlay Park, Rathfarnham. The requirement is to deliver an illuminated light experience where ticket holders complete an approximate 1/1.5km trail within Marlay Park, after dark. The visitor experience will be brought to life by colour, lighting, music and production installations that stimulate a memorable sensory experience with appropriate festive touches.
