Tender description

Under the requirements of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for European Social Fund (ESF), grant recipients are encouraged to conduct a summative assessment (evaluation) at the conclusion of each project as part of monitoring and evaluation, to include impact assessment and process assessment. The Combined Authority intends to procure an evaluation for the Workforce for the Future project which is one of several projects being delivered under the aegis of European funding (ERDF or ESF).
