Tender description

The purpose of this Contract is to provide the SPS with a Cloud Based PIN Phone Service that will include the provision of a telephone operating system, call time, PIN phone functionality SIP trunk connectivity to the SPS’s WAN/LAN infrastructure, installation of analogue in-cell phones and associated gateways (to be provided by the SPS), and support and maintenance of the Service. SPS procured and awarded this project via the Scottish Government Telephony and Communication Services – Lot 1 (Telephony and Communication Services. An Invitation to Tender (ITT) was published by SPS via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender (PCS-T) portal and was made available to all suppliers on the DPS. Tender responses were then evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT Guide to Scoring.
