Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) is making the marketplace aware of a procurement opportunity and seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2023 – 2027. It is anticipated that this framework will be delivery by Multiple Trade Contractors to deliver in 10 separate trade lots we have created based on our requirements. See Word attachment 'SHA - RM and Voids - Scope of PIN - Final' and the Excel attachment named ‘Summary Anticipated Spend per Lot - PIN Info’ for all the detailed information and options we are seeking feedback on. The framework is for supplementary and support contractors to assist our in-house contractor ‘Upkeep’ with the Repairs & Maintenance services. We will be looking to undertake 2 half day contractor open days during Week Commencing 26 June 2023.
