Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) is making the marketplace aware of a procurement opportunity and seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2023 – 2027. It is anticipated that this framework will be delivery by Multiple Trade Contractors to deliver in 10 separate trade lots we have created based on our requirements. Lot 1: Shettleston Housing Association (SHA) is making the marketplace aware of a procurement opportunity and seeking information and feedback from the marketplace on our ideas and thoughts of the Repairs & Maintenance Framework 2023 – 2027. The framework is for supplementary and support contractors to assist our in-house contractor ‘Upkeep’ with the Repairs & Maintenance services. We will be looking to undertake 2 half day contractor open days during Week Commencing 26 June 2023.
