Refer to Project Brief: The project will be separated into 2 phases. Phase 1 (upgrades to the existing FET centre) will consist of: • Conversion of the existing technical post primary rooms into 2No. electrical apprentices’ rooms (28No. units) Upgrade works to 2no Classrooms • Canteen/Kitchen upgrades • Toilet upgrades • Office and reception accommodation • New building services including Fire Safety Works, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Heating Services. Phase 2 (new extension to the existing FET Centre) to accommodate: • Woodwork workshop • Woodwork preparation room • 1no. Classroom • Car park • Associated site works.
