Tender description

LLAO seeks to engage dynamic and 2 adaptable suppliers to provide specialist resources to support the delivery of complex business technology projects to modernise current systems and processes across the business. A zero-value framework agreement is required to allow the rapid procurement of skilled resources to support all stages of technology project delivery, including premarket engagement, business case development, business analyst support, development of requirements, procurement support, tender development and evaluation, project mobilisation and implementation, documentation and closure. This will compliment LLA resources in most cases, depending on the specific activity.The framework will allow LLA to recruit appropriate specialists into the project team to assist in the delivery of the project in hand.
