Devon County Council (DCC) has released this Future opportunity Market Engagement (ME) to provide the draft solution requirements topics for suppliers to provide feedback. (Any feedback will not impact or influence the evaluation of the bid submission.) Please note, all feedback must be sent via ‘Supplying the Southwest’ portal (www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk) not via email. The closing date for general comments / feedback is 5th June 2023. NB Suppliers will only have one opportunity to submit feedback, the system will not allow for resubmission or edit of submissions. The tender will be for a new Case Management solution for the Public Health Nursing service. The service wishes to implement a new system to meet existing operational need and that can be practically evolved over coming years to support the service as it evolves. The envisaged term is four years with the option to extend 2 x 24 months. Estimated lowest value £150,000. It is envisaged that the Invitation to Tender will be available during Summer 2023 Lot 1: The tender will be for a new Case Management solution for the Public Health Nursing service. The service wishes to implement a new system to meet existing operational need and that can be practically evolved over coming years to support the service as it evolves.
