The Service requires an updated Music Service Management system that is capable of managing: • pupil data base for pupils taught through the service • ensemble data base for pupils accessing provision • school data base for in school provision • billing for all of the above • staff timetabling for all of the above • waiting lists • parent and school portals to self-manage bookings, payments and communication with the service and individual teachers • online teaching platform and resource provision • Data interegation for quartley Arts Council returns and service development • Link to council’s One System
