The Requirements Essential  ATS software with careers portal functionality  Automation functionality  Customisable workflows to aid in recruitment  Integrated hierarchy of organisation with user access scalability  A clear candidate journey through application to onboarding  Integrated multiposting function with multiple boards/socials including LinkedIn  Fully functioning talentpool  Full reporting suite with departmental filters/options  Ongoing support including but not limited to implementation and deployment/training  Proof of any certification/accreditation in regard to cyber essential quality standards. If Cloud based and NMS have controlling access 2 factor authentication would be required Desirable  Full onboarding platform/microsite  Ability to run candidate/new hire checks such as; Right to work/DBS/References etc  Video interview functionality  Agency management through ATS  Any optional sustainability requirements, e.g. the supplier’s policy on carbon reduction – travel / sourcing of goods & materials / energy efficiency etc
