ASC Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

Tender description

Continuation of training ASC leadership, individual/group coaching sessions, team building for directors/strategic leads/service managers across new management model. This is in line with/complimentary to agreed Corporate Leadership Development programmes. Sole supplier exclusion on the basis that this is the completion of a programme already started and no other provider can provide this. A previous contract with DevelopChange Ltd was procured for a series of coaching and mentoring workshops and individual supervisions across the Adult Social Care and Health leadership. This work is proposed to culminate with further sessions for ASC leadership and group managers, building on the individual coaching already taken place. This decision best represents value for money to the Council as the supplier has already accrued significant detail on ASC leadership through one-to-coaching sessions, and will use this to further develop personalised coaching strategies across the team. The previous sessions were very well received by all participants and the method of coaching worked very successfully. To select another supplier would mean to start a new process from scratch, taking more time to complete and costing more.
