Awarded using Ofwat's Terms and Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services. Requirement: 3 x Senior Director Recruitment Campaign We need to recruit up to three Senior Director roles to join our established and successful Senior Leadership Team (SLT) here at Ofwat. One of the roles may be appointed to sit on the Ofwat Board but this will be confirmed at kick off meeting. To facilitate this recruitment process, Ofwat wishes to appoint a specialist executive search agency to provide capacity and expertise. We need an experienced agency to complete a focussed full search/selection service to identify candidates for three Senior Director roles leading to a successful appointment. Our preference is to work with one Supplier to recruit all three roles. The scope of work required is to undertake a high-profile recruitment campaign consisting of an effective advertising, search, selection, and candidate management/care processes to recruit to the three Senior Director roles. A key objective will be to create a diverse applicant pool as we are committed to improve the ethnicity profile of our SLT and maintaining gender balance by increasing female representation at this level. You will be working closely with our Director People, Chief Executive, and our Chair. In addition, as Ofwat is part of the Civil Service, and these three roles are Senior Civil Servants grade (SCS2) appointments therefore the campaign will be chaired and overseen by a Civil Service Commissioner.
