The project focuses on ITMA’s ‘Digitisation Project’ (DP). The DP is just one part of a larger plan focused on developing ITMA’s digitisation and archiving capabilities. The broad goals of the larger project include: (a) Deepening North/South cooperation through the preservation of, and engagement with, our shared cultural inheritance and traditions (b) Sharing international best archival practice with diverse local community archives (c) Sharing ITMA’s digitisation capabilities with local amateur archivists from diverse communities (d) Educating, connecting, and empowering artists, archivists from diverse communities Lot 1: The project focuses on ITMA’s ‘Digitisation Project’ (DP).
