Tender description

The procurement shall support a significant transformation of Sport & Leisure services digital technologies which is an essential requirement to meet strategic objectives and the community's needs. This will support balancing needs and expectations of customers while continuing to find cost-effective and streamlined means to support income generation. The service is essential infrastructure required to improve customer experience and in turn increase revenue generation through a more targeted and insight-driven approach that the system will facilitate. Falkirk Council made a direct call off under the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 framework. Following an assessment of the framework options, it was determined that the best value option in meeting the requirements of the Council was to progress with a direct call and award to Gladstone MRM Limited.
