Patient Exit interviews

Tender description

RFQ Route - 2 years contract interviews to be conducted at 105 properties, conducted roughly every 3 months, and spread across regions in England. so we need a field team that can cover all areas. We would expect an interviewer to spend one day at each property. We provide different services at each property so each questionnaire will need to be tailored accordingly, we provide the services on an excel spreadsheet. The length of the questionnaire will depend on the number of services but would expect it to take a maximum of 7 minutes.
