End of line linerless labeller

Dunbia are looking for quotes for end of line linerless label machine. The new equipment will need to meet all the latest Health and Safety (CE) requirements and will need to have full warranty on equipment and structures as well as pre agreed guarantees on performance KPI’s & timelines which the supplier will be responsible for delivering as Dunbia cannot afford delays or interruptions to its supply chain. Labeller Specification The end of line labeller must be able to apply linerless labels up to 500mm long and of a width of 55mm to 120mm which use glue lines and have no backing paper waste. The label will be applied to pack ranging in height from 13mm to 120mm depending on product. The labeller must be able to produce up to 150 pack per minute in working temperatures of 8c to 10c. Label formats used on site range from a flat top label, top and single side, top and 2 sides (n Shaped) along with flat skin pack. The labeller must also be able to apply slidable full wrap on trays and skin packs, the labeller must also be able to apply labels onto packs with product protruding by up to 25mm above the tray height. The labels are either rectangular or shaped as specified by customer. Construction of cabinet is to be of stainless-steel (304 minimum) construction with shatter proof plastic visual panels. The labeller must be fitted with a printer head with a maximum area of 53mm that will print the required information in continuous motion. All items must be CE marked and BRC approved. Interaction with upstream weigh price labellers with the option to print weights and individual pack price information based on the information sent from a weigh price scale unit is essential. Delivery and installation to be completed by supplier. Services available are 240V 16amp supplies, 7bar compressed air.
