The electronic communication platform supports the Digital First Primary Care approach by providing GP Practices with the ability to communicate with patients by: • Sending personalised SMS messages to a patient which save instantly into the patient record; • Providing over 100 pre-written message templates and allows creation of custom templates; • Offering batch messaging functionality for patient campaigns / call and recall; • Providing appointment reminder text capabilities; • Allowing patients the ability to send photo messages and receive text responses; • Send documents via a hyperlink in SMS to patients; • Issuing patient questionnaires via SMS, with responses saving back to the patient record; • Video consultations through a unique link to a patient via SMS or email, from desktop or mobile.
