Caerphilly County Borough Council Building Consultancy Team are inviting tenderers to submit bids for the construction of a new single storey classroom extension and refurbishment to WRAP classroom within existing school building. Project also includes associated external works, landscaping, sab and services. New Build floor area 215m2 The new single storey classroom block is located adjacent to the existing Early Years Unit on the north eastern boundary of the site. The proposed site for the new classroom block is mostly level and laid to tarmac / soft play and forms part of the existing Nursery and Reception playground. The site is restrained by a dense woodland embankment and a stream on the northern boundary and by residential housing to the eastern boundary. The new classroom block will provide facilities for a replacement Nursery and an additional Reception Class.
