Tender description

Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board intend appointing a single supplier to supply Agricultural Machines to Coláiste an Átha. The tender is divided into 3 Lots. Lot 1: Rough Terrain Vehicle Lot 2: Boom Sprayer Lot 3: Chemical Fertiliser Spreader Tenderers may submit proposals for one or more lots and must be clear on which lots they are tendering for in their response. The minimum contract awarded will be one Lot. Tenderers may tender for one or several lots. The equipment must be durable, robust, high quality and suited to an agricultural training setting. Tender prices must include for delivery, installation of equipment and removal of all packaging materials and disposal/recycling of same as per national regulations. Equipment wholly or partly funded from public funds is subject to inspection. It is essential that tender and tenderers for supply and service of equipment shall ensure: • That equipment provided comply fully with the specifications and are durable and safe for use in a workshop/garage environment. • They comply fully with the standards as detailed and shall comply fully with European Standards (EN), both established and developing. • They comply with European standards and CE marking as appropriate. • Fully comply with requirements in the Request for Tender (RFT) document. • Be accompanied by documentation of sufficient detail for full evaluation. • Include the completed and signed certificate of compliance. • All equipment will be delivered within 7 days of award to Colásite an Átha’s Post Leaving Certificate Agricultural Course at Kilmuckridge, Wexford Y25 C952.
