Tender description

The project involves the partial electrical services upgrade of St Moluas National School comprising of the 430m2 of permanent school building and a standalone 150m2 prefab building. The upgrade works include as follows:- a) Complete strip out of the redundant electrical services and wiring installations b) Upgrade to a New Main Electrical Distribution Centre d) New Electrical Wiring Installation & containment systems with surface run steel tray / trunking and conduit system e) New General Service & Equipment Power Systems f) New General Lighting System with energy saving automatic controls g) New Emergency & Escape Lighting System to IS3217:2013 h) New External Security Lighting System with automatic controls i) Class Change Bell System k) New Fire Alarm System to IS 3217 2013 l) All associated builders works, opening up, making good and re-decoration p) Maintenance of the new electrical installations for year 1 (during defects liability period)
