The proposed and recommended works are for a complete replacement/upgrading of existing electrical services within the school, including general & emergency lighting, fire alarm, security, and small power /IT services to current standards and codes for electrical services installation. The school has 9 number classrooms, two offices, staff canteen, a GP Hall, library and two resource rooms. The number of staff and pupils onsite is 209 for this school year. The original school was constructed in the 1940’s with two subsequent extensions in 1976 and 1984. Refer to project drawings and specification documents for layout of the building and the extent of the works.
