Single Storey Prefab with Technology room, Science lab, lobby, toilets and ancillary services

Tender description

The construction of a new temporary single storey prefabricated building, located to the south of the existing main single storey school building, containing a Technology Room and Technology Preparation Room, a Science Laboratory and Preparation Room, an entrance lobby, toilet accommodation and all associated accommodation, new single storey canopies to new walkways between the existing school buildings and the new prefabricated building together with all associated site works. The works will also involve the provision of 4 no. additional car parking spaces adjacent to the existing school staff car park and the opening up of a temporary construction site entrance, for the duration of the construction works, on the R448 Athy/Carlow Public Road (opposite the existing Health Centre) together with all other ancillary and associated siteworks for Cross & Passion College, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
