Car Parking Solutions at Wakehurst, Kew with capacity management that provides enhanced control and flexibility of parking charges, enabling the full utilisation of one of our key membership conversion tools The new solution will require hardware and software replacement alongside on-site infrastructure upgrades. The project is being delivered in two phases with Phase 1 (retail management system) delivered in May 2022 and Phase 2 analysis (including, but not limited to, ticketing, membership, Wakehurst car parking, event management) commencing from May 2022. *Once the solution for Phase 1 has been identified, an internal data protection review will be undertaken before contract approval. **Full implementation and delivery of Phase 2 currently remains subject to RBG Kew finance and governance approval.
