Tender description
UCD wish to acquire assurance from an external source in order to apply independent technical, strategic and contractual expertise to assess and monitor the performance and delivery of the initiatives described in the tender document which relate to a planned transformation program. The assurance partner will assess the hard disciplines (methods, tools, processes) and soft skills (leadership and people management) but also consider elements such as the context, content and complexity of a project and its environment to identify critical success factors and barriers to success. The Assurance Partner will be required to coordinate their activities with the SROs of each initiative
