Requirements of the Service: The scope of the Initial Contract will cover the detailed design, procurement of works contractor, works supervision and handover of work stages of the Project as more particularly described in the section below. The preliminary design and planning application process has already been completed at this stage. The Assigned Certifier will be responsible for providing all construction-related technical advice and design services to the Contracting Authority in respect of the Project. The Consultant will be required to provide all services included in this Volume, inclusive of the Stage Services set out in the General Service Requirements document attached alongside this tender document. The Design Team will be required to provide all required professional services for stages (ii) through to (v) of the Conditions of Engagement. ii. Design and Production of Information iii.
