There are 3 EAMS systems across the business and the intention is to replace them with a single, unified platform, meeting current industry best practice and IT System requirements, i.e. cloud-based, data secure and evergreen. Lot 1: The current proposed outcome is a replacement of the three Mx EAMS systems with a single, unified, ‘off the shelf’ / ‘vanilla’ platform, meeting current industry best practice and IT System requirements, i.e., cloud-based, data secure and evergreen. An updated data set that is organised and consistent across the business will form the basis of the system going forward. <br/><br/>It is currently planned to extend the capability of the new system to potentially include other business activities and datasets, such as our Asset Condition database and Asset Risk database to create a more comprehensive information management system.<br/><br/>Although the scope will cover the current 13 Magnox sites, it will need to be flexible enough to be rolled out across other sites as they join the business.
