Green Growth Action Plan - AWARD

Tender description

Thurrock Council wishes to commission a 'green growth' strategy and action plan, the objective of which is to set out the key actions or interventions necessary across the local authority area to support growth, develop necessary skills, improve the productivity of our SMEs and diversification of the economy within a green, carbon-minimising context. The strategy must reinforce and build upon current and planned strategic opportunities in the area, including the significant economic prospects offered by the Thames Freeport.
