Tender description
The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman requires a suitably qualified service provider for drafting summaries of legally binding decisions of financial services complaints and case studies of pension complaints for publishing in the Ombudsman’s Digest of Decisions. The delivery of all tasks will require the service provider to ensure an exceptionally high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and ensure appropriate management of all tasks and resources.
