MTC for Gas Soundness Testing and Boiler Servicing in Non-Domestic Properties

Tender description

North Ayrshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified service provider to deliver Gas Soundness Testing and Boiler Servicing to non-domestic properties within the North Ayrshire area (including the islands of Arran and Cumbrae). The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The contract will be let under the Terms and Conditions of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) Measured Term Contract (MTC/Scot) 2016, and NAC Model Form Additional Contract Terms. Lot 1: The Contract comprises testing, servicing and maintenance of Gas Installations in North Ayrshire Council Non-Housing Properties, ensuring premises are maintained to meet statutory legislation and requirements. This includes but is not limited to: - annual servicing of gas fired boilers - annual servicing of gas fired appliances - gas soundness testing & certificate issue - gas safety testing & certificate issue - conducting minor remedial works where required - tracing & repairing gas leaks
