LCFE Electrical Upgrade Emergency Works

Tender description

The scope of work for the contract involves the upgrade of the Electrical Services and all associated builder’s works at Limerick College of Further Education and School of Music, Mulgrave Street, Limerick as detailed herein and as indicated on the drawings. The works to the LCFE building will be carried out mainly during the summer holiday period from May 2nd to August 18th 2023 when the College will be closed with only administration and caretaker staff operating from the admin area of the building on the ground floor. Works to the School of Music will be carried out between 30th May and 18th August2023. It is proposed to give the appointed contractor possession of the Building during this holiday period as more fully detailed in the preliminary plan. The contractor shall also be provided access to the building during the Easter holiday period from April 3rd and 14th 2023 to complete preparatory enabling works.
