Establishment of a Multi-Operative Framework Agreement for a Credit Controller and Client Portfolio File Management Service Provider

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Framework Agreement for an external Credit Controller and Client Portfolio File Management Service Provider for the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Dublin City (www.localenterprise.ie/dublincity). The period of the established Framework Agreement will be for four years. Indicative commencement of service is March 2023. Anticipated number in framework is 3. Working with the LEO Staff it is envisaged that the successful service provider will provide services on a one day per week basis to ensure professional credit control and client portfolio file management. All work will be carried out as per the terms of the LEO Dublin City process documents covering the administration and collection of payments. LEO client portfolio management and archiving of client files. The Head of LEO Dublin City will advise on priorisation of tasks. Please refer to the Invitation to Tender document for further details.
