Electrical General Services and Lighting Upgrade

Tender description

This project consists of the rewiring of the Primary School, Scoil Chraoi Naofa in Rochfortbridge, Co Westmeath, consisting of: • The supply and installation of A New External Metering Cabinet to house ESB Wholecurrent Metered Supply • The supply and installation of A New Main Distribution Board • Installation of LV 2 Compartment trunking and bracketing for new services. • Installation of new General Services Outlets and rewiring of same. • LED Lighting Upgrade and rewiring. • Access Control Installation • Voice and Data Installation. • GPS Survey to identify the route of the incoming ESB supply to the building. • Decommissioning and removal of Existing Panel, General Services and Lighting. • Testing and Commissioning of the Systems outlined above • Demonstrations and Training in all new systems outlined above. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and is provided as a means of description. The tendering contractor shall include for all necessary accessories and attendances to facilitate a full installation of the services described above. The contractor shall include a list of exclusions with their tender to clarify any items not included for. Variations will not be accepted on the grounds of ambiguity or lack of information, if further clarification is deemed necessary by the tendering contractor then an RFI shall be submitted during the tender process.
