Tender description

This Call-Off Contract will deliver the following Analytics services to Surrey and Borders Partnership. • Optimize Enterprise Data Platform and deliver a MVP that delivers raw data layer, landing zone and Con-formed data layer. • Project Manage the Datawarehouse Programme, in-cluding recruiting/training of new members • Recreate SQL scripts to improve run times and per-formance • Build Data Marts and business views for PowerBI con-sumption, including revalidation and testing • Redirect and reassign PowerBI reports • Create documentation for new solution including de-sign and configuration • Train substantive team on the new solution
