Tender description

Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of internal communal flooring to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money. We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers. The estimated value of the Project is ?700,000 per annum (p.a.), and ?3.5m over the duration of the agreement. Citizen plans to divide the provision of the service into 3 Lots, as described below: o Lot 1 - Coventry o Lot 2 - Birmingham o Lot 3 - Hereford and Worcester A single provider will not be entitled to win more than two Lots.
