The Provision of a Support and Maintenance Service for Gates and Barriers

Tender description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is for the provision of a Support and Maintenance Service for Gates and Barriers (hereinafter "the Services") installed at the premises of; • the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC) and the Chief Constable of Cheshire (CC) • the Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) and the CFRS. The PCC is the Contracting Authority for the provision of Services acting for itself and for and on behalf of the Cheshire Fire Authority (CFA) and for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Services (CFRS). Separate contracts will be awarded for Police and Fire, invoicing will also be separate for each organisation. For site details and types of gates and barriers please refer to the Pricing Schedules entitled 2053_POLICE pricing and 2053_FIRE pricing which are included within this ITT and can be found in the document folder. Please Note: Sites and/or services are subject to change in order to accommodate the PCC's and CFA's Estates Strategy. Any figures/quantities/volumes detailed in this ITT are indicative and provided for guidance only. The contract term will be for a period of three [3] years with the option to extend the contract for a further two [2] years. Please note, this ITT is constructed as an online questionnaire. While there are files in the document folder, the ITT requirements are contained within the online questionnaire. You will need to work through the online ITT questionnaire and submit your response against that.
