The provision of Quantity Surveyor services for the redevelopment of Burwood House. Estimated project value £1-£2 million construction value. Burwood House is located on Caxton Street, in Victoria. It is a seven-storey building including basement and ground floors containing retail, storage, and car parking facilities. The proposed refurbishment and reconfiguration works are likely to include: * Overhaul and redesign of the main entrance and reception * Refurbishment of lift cars * Overhaul of the lower ground floor, with a focus on improving the arrival experience through the entrance and circulation spaces * Full refurbishment of the three vacant upper floors (Third, fourth and fifth floors) *Potential replacement of all building services* Sustainability works with an aspiration of achieving EPC B * Equality Act 2010 compliance * Full refurbishment of demised WCs and * Office fit-out to varying levels of specification (Cat A, A+ and B)
