Mini-competition for Materials Supply Via the Cirrus Consortium Framework 2023

Tender description

This procurement was undertaken as a mini competition under Lot 5 of the Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework. Westward Housing Group intended to engage with a single Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework supplier for the provision of a range of building materials from an existing branch network, or alternative solution, to support Westward Housing Group's internal maintenance team and other parts of the Group as required. The contract will be for an initial 5 years with one option to extend by a further 5 years, up to a maximum 10 years total contract term, subject to Westward Housing Group requirements and the performance of the successful supplier.
